I love those Hogue grips over the P365 grips. However after some time I moved to WC grips. With over 4k rounds and 4 years EDC, reliability has been perfect on my standard P365. The pinky thing is easy to get over with training, or mag base extensions. It's not an issue at all with the XL (12 rds based mags available as 10 rounders for restricted states.)

UNCLICKABLE Discussion starter. 1) On some P365 models the MS lever can be engaged when the gun is not charged, sometimes. On others, only when it's charged. 2) Sig made some changes to the FCU couple of years back and new models apparently only allow the MS lever to be engaged only when gun is charged.Reinstall your FCU and slide with barrel and RSA, then make sure the slide operates normally. It should be hard to move rearward, as the RSA is compressed, then make sure the SCL is pushed all the way upward, and release the slide onto the fully-raised SCL. With the slide locked back, rotate the TDL horizontally.To compare, the double-column magazine of SIG's larger P320 is 0.86" wide, which allows two 9 mm Luger cartridges to very nearly sit side-by-side. The P365's magazine is narrower at 0.81" wide ...As previously stated. Any firearm can fail. But that being said, I have had zero issues with my P365’s. Or for that matter, zero issues with any of my Sigs. P365, P320, P220, P225, P226, P229. Zero! Admittedly, I don't have the high round counts through them that some do. Maybe I am overdue.
